From October 14th to 18th, 2025, our teacher Wu Ji went to Singapore to attend the "205 International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Asia-Pacific Conference (IAPC)" academic conference and gave an oral report. At the same, he visited the Department of Anthropology and Sociology of the National University of Singapore to negotiate cooperation and exchanges and the construction of social work specialty.

At the IAPC conference, Wu Ji participated in-depth in a number of academic activities around the theme of "People-oriented: Prom the Welfare of People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities". She also presented a report on "Research on the Impact of Social Work Group Atmosphere on Improving Social Function of Autistic Adults" at the "Education and Lifelong Learning" sub-forum, showcasing relevant research results, which received widespread attention and valuable suggestions from peers At the same time, she actively expanded her international academic network, exchanged with scholars from Australia, Hong Kong and other places, and initially reached a preliminary intention of scientific research cooperation,ized the teacher introduction policy of our college, and further promoted the international construction of the college's teaching staff.
After the meeting, Wu Ji visited the Department of Anthropology and Sociology of the National University of Singapore and had a discussion with the teachers of school on "Internationalized Teaching in the Arts and the Cultivation of Transcultural Capabilities", shared the experience of major construction, and explored the feasibility of jointly holding the "mer/Winter School", carrying out scientific research cooperation and student exchanges, and built a bridge of cooperation between our university and the world's top universities.
